we'll see our volcano again.
Though it will only be temporary, we will happily wear our temporary kiwi hats again. Besides, it'll be good to see the family. :)
Now we just have to figure out what we're going to do while we're there...

My aunt was just babbling on the phone about White Island. They went over on a boat tour and it was fabulous, apparently. Dolphins on the way, lunch provided along with hard hats, and a couple of hours on the actual island. They stayed overnight at Whakatane the night before.
It's fairly expensive, though. $175 per person...
